Creative Futures is a recruitment company launching a two-day festival in Miami to break down gatekeeping in the creative industries.
The brief called for a headline and visual concept built around an off-screen element - something created or sourced in the real world and brought into the design.
A glass prism concept was developed and photographed to use refraction as a metaphor for how the festival reveals hidden potential in young creatives, refracting a closed industry into a visible, inclusive spectrum.
