Zig Property needed a concept-driven brochure for Segue, a Bauhaus-era Budapest broadcast house converted into residential apartments.
Rooted in the building's sonic history, the concept draws from cymatics - the phenomenon of sound made visible in matter. Hungarian broadcast vocabulary is rendered as generative typographic spirals, turning the building's frequencies into a living visual system.
